I couldn't wait to get this in the mail to replace my LG phone which I have used as a media player for years. Someone dropped the phone and the screen is almost completely black, so I decided to buy a media player that I can use anywhere, anytime, including on a flight. Within ten minutes of using it I decided to return it. I added a few songs and when I turned on bluetooth it seemed to work, but when I tried to pair it with another bluetooth product it hung and went back to the main page. Something is clearly wrong with the software. I couldn't get it to connect to another Bluetooth and everything was in a yes, despite adding separate folders including audiobooks. I didn't like the setup so I returned the item and decided to buy another newer LG phone to use primarily as an MP3 player. I would not waste my money and time on this product, each to their own.
