Review on Logitech G G703 Hero Wireless Gaming Mouse, Black by Stanislaw Kesicki ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is really good, I'm glad I bought it.

About the wheel. Disgusting wheel. It is unpleasant to the touch, it spins unpleasantly, it is unpleasant and hard to press, while giving a sharp blow to the finger back. When buying, I did not pay attention to this and this is not a defect, because. all Logitech mice have this awful wheel. It's impossible to get used to it. When I need to work a lot with the Internet and with text, using the scroll, including pressing the wheel, I take out my ancient Microsoft Basic mouse, in which all buttons are pressed softly, but not silently Over time, I began to understand that a mouse of the G102 / G305 shape is more convenient for my hand, because. from the form G / 403/603/703, the hand gets tired. About the balance. For some reason it seems to me that when it is connected by a wire, I drive it more accurately. At the same time, it does not depend on where the USB whistle is included, in the USB port on the computer, or in an additional "signal accelerator" that can be placed right in front of the mouse. It's just that when the wire is plugged into the mouse, I like it better. For a couple of years, I only tried 2-3 times to teach myself to work in wireless mode. How good she is in games, I can’t say, because. I rarely play, but only in Starcraft 2. Definitely, I can only compare with the two mice that I have: Compared to Microsoft Basic (USB), they are the same in terms of cursor movement accuracy, only the G703 has 4 speed modes, switched by a separate button near the wheel, I have a 1920x1200 monitor (24 inches), I use the second speed. I already wrote about the wheel that it is disgusting. Compared to the A4 TECH OP-760 mouse, this mouse wins in everything except the shape (for my hand), because the A4 has disgustingly tight buttons, in a dynamic game the fingers just get tired of clicking, in Photoshop and Windows the A4 does not move in a straight line , but with some jerks, as if she had a very small DPI. In the same Photoshop with Microsoft Basic and Logitech G703 soaps, I can easily work in parallel using a Wacom tablet, and it’s impossible to work on A4 because of its jerky cursor movement.

Pros
  • An ordinary mouse is at the level of medium mice, so there are no special advantages. It doesn't pick up dirt that much. About once every six months it should be wiped wet with a sponge, but this is individual for each
Cons
  • 1) Very uncomfortable wheel. (see comments) 2) In wireless mode, it works for about a week, then recharging is required. 3) In wireless mode, the balance of the mouse is strange 4) Not the most pleasant clicks 5) Recharging the mouse via the microUSB wire (it was 2023 in the yard)
