I'll say right away that this is a pretty decent lunch box for the price, especially since you can fit multiple items in it and it does a good job of keeping it cool. But that is also one of the disadvantages that I noticed. I've tried cold foods like sandwiches, pasta, salads, as well as liquids and it keeps them cold really well. However, it didn't work so well with warm dishes such as soup, spaghetti, burritos or meat, because after about two hours the food was no longer hot, but mostly just warm. After another two hours, it hardly gets warm, which is impractical if you work for more than two hours. I work 8 hour shifts and my lunch break is usually around my 5th hour and the food is usually cold then so that's disappointing. But cold food stays cold for most of the shift.
