What sadistic idiot came up with this? So you put the vertical pieces in and if you can get them to stand up try to put them in the top basket. Then you need to keep everything from falling apart while you PULL AND STRETCH the top basket to hook it onto the rack. It really is a two man operation. I am very sorry that I live alone. I could give it to someone I don't like. It would be funny. Now that I have it, it looks good and feels really solid.
