I got the short almond nails and I'm happy with them. They still seem long to me, but I'm assuming that's somewhat subjective. Also, I have short nail beds, so they're longer on me than they might be on other people.I used nail wraps on these because I wanted a fun design without trying to paint them myself. Therefore, I can't comment on how well they hold gel polishMy only complaint is that they didn't come with any glue. I had to run out and get some. I didn't knock off any stars because the listing is accurate- I just think it would be more convenient if it came with glue.EDIT:My thumbnail split within 48 hours of applying these. A second nail split 2 days after that. I used brush on nail glue on the underside to stabilize it, but I'm knocking off a star.
