Suitable for finer hair
I have medium hair and can wear it in a bun. I leave it on all day after showering and my hair is still damp. My daughter has thick long hair. She used it once after a shower and left it on overnight. The next day, the chewing gum, her hair, and her pillow smelled like dirty sponge. I'd say it's ok for fine hair but don't expect it to work wonders. Definitely avoid if you have thick hair. Unless you like the smell of a good dirty sponge.
