These elastics are extra large. Pretty bigger than I expected but that's what makes them unique. I have thick long hair so I can only put it in a bun twice and when my hair is dry I can put it in a ponytail three times and it stays secure. I want to love her. They are soft and of good quality. But for big ones like them, they have to stretch twice as hard. Can only wrap my smaller bun twice. And on top of that, when I styled my hair wet, it got so heavy that it was uncomfortable. It absorbs water, but it's definitely not the miracle I was hoping for.

Honestly it was a great purchase. Holds my wet hair up and I can wear these hair ties when I want (unlike a regular towel). They don't dry my hair out completely, but enough to keep my hair about 75% dry. I have straight hair that is thicker and I have no problem holding or stretching it. I don't normally write reviews but I really enjoyed this one and may write more. I don't like the microfiber feel, but it's not terrible.

This is the best! I rarely blow dry my hair. I have very thick long hair and I put it in a bun and it soaked up a lot of water! I have these hair wraps that are meant to absorb water but this is so much better! I am very satisfied and I like it very much!

I love these, nice and big. You can't tell from the packaging as they are packed in a shrink bag. Exactly what you were looking for. Even better, they dry well and can be used again without washing - I thought the elastic would make them smell like a damp, moldy towel when they were in a pile, but I was pleasantly surprised!

I have medium hair and can wear it in a bun. I leave it on all day after showering and my hair is still damp. My daughter has thick long hair. She used it once after a shower and left it on overnight. The next day, the chewing gum, her hair, and her pillow smelled like dirty sponge. I'd say it's ok for fine hair but don't expect it to work wonders. Definitely avoid if you have thick hair. Unless you like the smell of a good dirty sponge.

I don't use them to dry my hair; they actually do the opposite for me. When I get out of the shower, I wrap my hair in a hair towel for a few minutes and then apply hair oils and leave-in conditioner.
