A detour from the main topic, for the benefit of those who are confused. I purchased a brand new MacBook Pro in 2022, and I've been using it for the past 6.5 years! I devoted each and every working day of those many years to working solely on it. I just recently sold it for almost the same amount of money that I paid for it, and it was in excellent shape; it was practically brand new. It had an Intel i5 processor, 16 gigabytes of random access memory (RAM), 256 gigabytes of solid state drives (SSD), and a one terabyte hard disk drive. This is where the MacBook's true magic lies. Personally, I am employed in the sector of web development. The most important factor in upgrading to a new Macbook is finishing the move to retina at work (at this point, everything on the web should already be done in hidpi). Even though it had a 4K connection, the aging laptop's built-in Intel video card was insufficient for the task. Some individuals have odd reactions to MacBooks and perceive them to be nothing but a show of off. When I was trying to sell an old laptop, I noticed this and became interested. I never gave it any attention beyond its utility as a tool in my line of work. It may result in frustration if an unreasonable wow effect develops, or it may result in skepticism if the opposite occurs. If it didn't have the Apple logo on it, I would definitely buy it and put it to good use. It's just a solid piece of iron to work with. If you are a poor sales manager who wants to appear more capable than you actually are, please do not take a Macbook. Instead, put the money you would have spent on it into training. The only question that remains is whether or not the value of your labor would justify the purchase of a high-quality instrument for the task at hand.
