Eyeliner remover for make-up
does not remove waterproof eyeliner very easily. You literally have to do what the instructions suggest and hold a soaked cotton swab over your eyes for a few minutes to remove the waterproof eyeliner I bought it for. Doesn't seem to irritate my eyes so that's good.
