This is the 6th external webcam I've been using since I've been working from home, video conferencing and broadcasting games. This definitely tops my list for video and sound quality. Just remember to adjust the settings if you're using OBS or any other streaming software you use. You can absolutely achieve DSLR quality with this small camera. I am very impressed. OBS shows that this camera actually streams 1080p video at 60 frames per second. There is no delay between video and audio. Lens distortion is minimal. The shelf in the background of my videos is completely flat, which made me very happy. Typically, at such a wide angle, a large distortion is obtained. Here it is almost invisible. The stereo microphone is fantastic. It picks up different channels well and the audio is clear and loud. In OBS I had to turn down the gain a bit. To be honest, it has the most impressive built-in microphone of any camera I've tried. From 3 feet away, he picked me up as if I was speaking directly into a microphone. When I say it's comparable to a DSLR, I'm referring to my old Canon, which can only shoot 1080p at 60fps. In terms of functionality, a DSLR would be the best choice for creating real world videos (lots of settings, lenses, focusing, etc.), but this webcam would be great for streaming and as an additional video source. I always leave it attached to a small tripod so I can use it as a top camera instead of wasting my phone's battery. Very happy with everything related to this webcam. I wish I had gotten it sooner!
