If you're looking for a good, reliable, well-built arm, you'll love it. BUT. I was disappointed that they sent an open box with a previously installed product. If I'm paying a premium price per hand, this shouldn't happen. It installed fine and hopefully there are no problems. I need it now, otherwise I would send it back without hesitation. Initially, none of the main parts of the arm were inserted into the sleeves. I suspect this was due to the empty sleeves being thrown back into the box, but no one bothered to repackage anything. The gear bag was open in 3 places (tucked into the finger holes. So sticky!). Both Allen keys were missing. I have a lot of tools so I could find the right wrenches, but a lot of people can't. One of the handplugs was dangling and rolling around in the box (it was taken out of the box). The adjustment screws for one of the hinges and the front tension were fully tightened. The head of the turnbuckle had metal shavings and severe scratches, indicating it was fairly wrenched. The instructions were crumpled and obviously used. Not a big deal but then again everything was like using the product and I'm wondering what other documentation might be missing. I hold my breath, there are no other problems with it. It seems to be working fine now, but I'm still wondering why it was sent back, which I suspect. Check carefully what you get. I recommend sending it back if it has been opened and you can save yourself some time. This should have been tested and sold as a refurbished product with at least one new hardware package. My rating may be an anomaly. If yes, then go ahead.
