I wouldn't call this a Poncho. This is more of a Cape. I have worn this and it's perfect for 50 -60 degree temperatures or even wearing it inside when you feel chilly. I'm 5' 9" and fits me with no problem. This is NOT Cashmere but rather Polyester and Acrylic. (Made in China) In my opinion, the workmanship on this Cape is very good.
