I ordered these corsets for church and work. I have been wearing professional corsets for about 15 years. I've used the shirt-to-sock type, and more recently I've used the stirrup style. I decided that I would give these thigh style to see if they would be more comfortable. Two other guys scratched my shins, grabbed the hair on my legs and ended up washing my hair. . looks great when i wear shorts. No! These hip inserts do not cause any of these problems. I've worn them several times since buying them. To my surprise, they stay in place and are quite comfortable. They secure in the front, back and sides to keep the shirt from sticking out. The clasps are metal and stay closed and the shirt doesn't fall out of them like other styles I've tried. I remember I used to wear other styles and the shirt was unbuttoned and the next thing you know I'm tugging my shirt, stay behind me if it falls out of my pants! So far this has been a good buy for me. I am very satisfied with the product and it arrived very quickly in secure packaging.
