This is a really cute bag with a quilted front. It seems well done. The zippers could be better but they work pretty well. This is my first backpack that I bought for a planned trip to Europe. It's surprisingly roomy for its size. There are just a few improvements I'd like to see. One of which I would love is the zip closure system. Basically, manufacturers think of young people when developing products. However, there are a few great features that I liked: A secure pocket on the back of the bag. Spacious main compartment with a small zip pocket next to the back of the bag. Main compartment divider for my iPad mini in the narrow rear area. Wide part of the bag, space for a pair of shoes, my wallet and a large scarf with extra space. Second compartment with zip next to the main compartment. The smaller outside zippered pocket is also very roomy for small essentials when travelling. Many airlines are reducing height and weight requirements. for hand luggage, especially on international flights. This bag meets Norwegian Air's second carry-on requirement. We don't check baggage and travel light, so it took us a long time to find a small top bag and this bag under the seat. I hope this review helps someone.
