Review on TallyFox Tallium by Phillip Reed

The most important thing I like about this software, it's automatic matching of my employees' knowledge base articles which helps in saving time for me as well since there isn't any manual effort involved anymore! It would be great If you have more than one users/employees accessing your website simultaneously then its not possible unless u buy separate licenses from other companies; however by having multiple accesses at same point can make things difficult sometimes but rest assured we will provide support whenever needed so don’t worry!! Overall experience has been good enough though i personally feel some features could've made better sense out here such us ability to edit search criteria etc., I am solving problem associated with storing information regarding work done by different team members who might belong to various departments within organization hence need easy way to store their relevant data without much hassle.
