Poor hose design

The product came in an open and crumpled box. Fortunately the goods were not damaged. About the product: To attach to a vacuum cleaner, two protrusions on the product are inserted into two holes on the vacuum cleaner body. The product is manufactured to incorrect tolerances and only one tab will fit in one hole. Therefore, the device cannot be fully and properly connected to a vacuum.
