The velcro on the boots came loose within a month of wearing the shoes. We tried to be very careful with the velcro but by the age of 3 months it completely failed. Shoes cannot be worn without Velcro. Otherwise the shoes seem to be of good quality and my child really likes them. Maybe I can get velcro and sew creatively. Edit: The manufacturer quickly contacted me and offered to exchange the shoes. They apologized and showed support for their product. Excellent customer service from Hawkwell.
