The best part about working there was being able to interact daily at such an interesting time in their history -- when they were still very much figuring things out internally as well! They had been through some ups-and downs (like all companies), but I never felt like my opinions weren't valued or heard during any of those times. It's not easy for everyone who comes into this industry--it requires passion from day one because it is so difficult once you've started down your path here; however if you're passionate enough to make yourself stick around long term then nothing will stop you from succeeding eventually!!
