Review on 🧔 Remington PG6171 The Crafter - Beard Boss Style and Detail Kit, Platinum, 11-Piece Grooming Set with Beard Trimmer by Brooke Abrahams

Was a good beard trimmer for the first year, then started acting strange. Does not start when button is pressed or goes into turbo mode immediately when button is pressed. Sometimes it would turn on by itself. I've been doing this for about 6 months and then this morning just didn't show up no matter what I tried. So I decided to take it apart and see if it was easy to fix, like the rusting screws mentioned below. Turns out it wasn't 100% waterproof. Pros: Probably waterproof. Good set of accessories for the price. Long life battery (always discharged). Cons: As previously mentioned, the screws on the trimmer rust quickly. Not such a big deal if you have a local hardware store that has stainless steel screws of this size or so. As can be seen from the attached photos it is not 100% waterproof or I got lucky and got another one that is not waterproof. You can see from the back where the battery is, something is growing from both ends. Orange material at the top where the earbuds connect and an aquamarine shape (by the looks of it) where you plug in the charger. Overall: Great trimmer apart from the issues mentioned above. Would recommend if the above issues are fixed in a future model.
