Review on NPET K61 60% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - RGB Backlit, Ultra-Compact with Blue Switches - Perfect for Windows PC Gamers (68 Keys, White) by Paarvin Freedman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Reduced finger travel, good key feel, not too loud

My conclusions on this keyboard compared to other ergonomic models without a number pad: Sculpture - too much finger travel - may not be an issue for people with large hands; I didn't like that it was wireless. Freestyle2 - I didn't like the "insert" key nor the modifier keys on the left, which didn't work well in my terminal program. F7 is weird on the left half. TOMOKO Blue Switch 87 Keys -- Too loud, but I like the layout of the keys. KeyOvation Goldtouch - A close competitor for me; I found the keymap and the right shift resulted in a lot of typos. Compared to the Freestyle2 I liked that I didn't need an extra awning kit and the F7 was on the right hand side.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Not bad
