One of our trainers told us that the easiest way to get some of the energy out of our dog is to make him work harder when he walks (work harder , not harder). One way to do this is to add a carry weight. We bought this bag to try and tire her out more easily and to be able to carry some of her stuff (poop bags, water bowl, etc.) with us. The bag is very comfortable to carry. The pockets are quite big and hold a lot. It's fairly easy to put on and take off, which can be an issue with many harnesses, vests, and backpacks. So far this seems to work and I hope it really helps with our problems.
