This orthosis really helps me to walk better and I have less pain when walking and standing. After putting on the first item ordered I was so pleased that I ordered another one for the other leg. The silicone in the top elastic is not comfortable for me so I flipped this elastic. More compression than other sleeves I've had before. The size is accurate. This rating is based on wearing knee pads for less than a week, but mobility and comfort have increased. The fabric is a bit rough and rough, but it's worth it.
