I'm sitting here after opening the package and looking at the soles, the boots are dirty. Box and boots are obviously dirty. My daughter is a size 2, they were too small for her. After receiving this dirty pair that I put on her because of the size I will not buy this brand again. I wouldn't recommend it lasting more than 2 days and of course I'm not happy. I chose these because another reviewer mentioned fit issues due to her high instep, perhaps she was referring to a different part of the foot. As a former sales manager for luxury comfort shoes, I can tell you that they are not suitable for wide feet, nor for high arches, i.e. the arch of the foot. Good luck to everyone in the same boat.
