Product: 5000W Solar Hybrid Inverter 48VDC to 110V ACTRUE hybrid inverters supporting 48V batteries, can be very expensive. I'm an SMA guy - this thing has impressive bang for the buck. After receiving it I will check it. I assume: 1. Network connection - synchronization with a local utility with all standard protections! 2. The maximum input current of the PV module is 16 amps. This is very low for an inverter of this size. Every panel I've ever used for power is 290-300 watts per panel at 9-10 amps. 16 amps limit me to one string! Weak point in this design! You can't overload it on purpose! I have NEVER seen a Chinese inverter or charge controller operate at peak performance for long periods of time. NEVER ! Look at inverters for inductive loads with 3-9 times the required overhead - nonsense! 3. I've used MrPower charge controllers successfully if you don't get the maximum rating. It seems too good to be true - I'll put this on the call - I'm giving it 3 stars just for value. I'll correct this post when I've actually reviewed it.
