I really love that it is such an easy system, everything comes together in one place so there's very little admin work needed - just keep up with what you need done! It would be nice if they could create templates out of things like applications or onboarding documents but other than this it works well! There are some minor quirks here and there when using certain features (e.g., searching through employee profiles) which can make finding information difficult at times but otherwise we've had no issues once set up correctly.

We're able to manage our entire workforce via their platform. This includes all employment related documentation as well as benefits administration.
