I tried four neck pillows before deciding on this one. I travel extensively and visit a chiropractor after every trip. He's missing me since I got that pillow. I don't get much sleep on airplanes, but it gives me comfort I don't find in a regular seat. I love beads as they can change the print. The clasp is great because I can attach it to my carry-on when boarding. I never use the clasp when using a pillow. It's great and if you want to travel without a neck pain then this pillow is for you! On the other hand, my sister just had brain surgery - I pulled her out and it was a great comfort to her during her recovery.
