I bought this carrier to take my cats to the vet. My youngest cat (MamaCat) loved sitting in it when I first got her. A few days later I zipped it up so I could take it to my first vet appointment and drive to the spay. She leaned back to get out as soon as I zipped the door but once in the car she calmed down and seemed to put up with the drive, even with another unfamiliar cat in a carrier next to her. This other cat was angry but eventually calmed down when she was MamaCat). Even after she got home from the surgery she didn't seem to have any negative feelings towards the cat carrier as I hadn't let the cat carrier in and she liked to nap in the open cat carrier. I really think she feels safe in her cocoon and appreciates the networked windows she can see through. I was concerned that the cat could easily chew through the cobwebs on the "windows" but with MamaCat that's not a problem. I always leave the carrier outside so my other cats are happy when they are isolating but want to see what's going on. I like the light, multiple doors and the hard but soft floor. The pocket on the side is great, the different strap options are cool too. It's very roomy and appears to be well made! As I have 4 cats I can buy another one in case I want to go on a trip and take TaraMisSue, Reggae, Ital and MamaCat with me!
