I bought this on 11/27/18, it worked great until about a month ago I thought the batteries were dead and changed the batteries but nothing happened. I was very disappointed. Because the pillow relieved my pain. When I looked at the order, he said that the return period expired on the 1st of 2019. I got the impression that the return period is one year. I just finished a call with Revain customer service and they are doing fine with my purchase. You send me a return form. As always, Revain's support team is top notch.
