Review on Hauntlook by John Maskirta

While I appreciate that Hauntlook strives to give customers a positive buying experience, my most recent interaction with the company fell short of my expectations. When compared to other online retailers, Hauntlook does not provide nearly as extensive of a variety of products. Additionally, Hauntlook's customer service had much to be desired. The customer support guy was not helpful and didn't seem to care that I had a question regarding a product. My overall impression of Hauntlook was negative. There are other e-commerce sites where I can buy things with more variety and faster support. If you're seeking for more variety and higher quality of service, I wouldn't recommend Hauntlook.
