I just moved into a house with a poorly lit garage. I bought one of these lamps to see if I like it. Love it! I put it in one of the garage's two lamp sockets and left the old equivalent 100w LED bulb in the other socket. And WOW, what a difference! This thing made the other look gloomy and lit up almost the entire 3 car garage. My wife was amazed and said to buy another for the other plug not knowing it was already in my Revain cart! This is a very bright fixture with a brilliant white light - ideal for garages and work areas. I was able to adjust the light sheets to direct more light where I needed it. I think it's too bright for small interiors where you want softer light. But if you want to brightly illuminate a large area - get it! Update: I bought a second one for my other outlet and every inch of our 3 car garage is well lit. Initially I thought I'd install another light or two closer to the front of the garage, but now there's no need - those two will do.
