Ideal for use in my CNC wood shop. I generate a lot of dust and it killed my $2000 laptop. The microcomputer is perfect. I have it hardwired to the internet and it stays connected to my CNC, monitor, keyboard and Bluetooth mouse via a USB connection. No glitches or freezes. I use an online program to send gcode to my CNC controller and although it takes a little longer than my laptop to send, this is not a problem (my laptop is a high end Dell gaming laptop so can they really can't be compared I put it on I don't use a mini pc for anything else but I think it will be fine for web surfing and the like.
