The first two packs I received both chargers worked but on one the chord wouldn't stop and rolled back. I asked the seller if I could return this one and replace it with a new one. . Not only did they let me keep it, they sent two more. I am very thankful, especially that my siblings are constantly taking my chargers, now I can give them one and leave mine alone. I appreciate that very much! They charge way too fast so I would definitely recommend it!
