I just got this today and tried it after my workout. This is the first protein powder I've bought in a very long time. I trained sporadically about 20 years ago and used protein powders back then, but I can't remember what brand or type. Over the past 20 years I've found that I'm somewhat lactose intolerant, so I had to find an isolating powder. I have 2kw. a hand mixer which I used for this powder and found it blended quite well. There were a few small bits, but nothing major, and I wasn't bothered by the very small balls (for lack of a better term) I swallowed. I believe 95% of the powder is blended smoothly. Taste is very subjective and everyone has a tolerance or intolerance to different flavors. I bought chocolate, which I thought was delicious. I mixed it with vanilla almond milk. It might have been too much sweetness, but of course there was no objection. For my taste, it would be perfect if they used a little less stevia. Next time I buy a protein powder I might try unflavored and mix it with chocolate almond milk and see what happens. I gave 4 stars but for me it's more like 4.5 stars. The half-star drop is due to the fact that this particular product only has 20.5 grams of protein per serving, while most others have 25-28+ grams, making it a bit more expensive to use ($$/gram). the cost perspective. I understand that this is a purer protein powder with no fillers, sucralose, or other artificial ingredients, but there are other powders out there that aren't as terrible in this regard and cost a little more. I would probably buy it again though and definitely recommend it.
