My Ozark Trail is 30 ounces wide and heavy for my wrist and grip. I needed a pen to relieve the pressure. I read reviews of many knobs and chose this one because someone said it was perfect for the Ozark Trail. There is another pen almost half the price of this one that looks exactly like me and I would like to try that instead. I love the color and it takes the pressure off my hand and wrist. However, it doesn't hold in place well and just slides down. I read the reviews and tried to spin and cook it. It still doesn't stay on about half the time. It would be better if the pad on the bottom ring was also on the top ring. It also doesn't fit very well in my car cup holder (Toyota Sienna XLE). When my cup is the only one in the cup holder, I can twist the handle to flow into the second cup holder and it's fine. But then the grip isn't at the angle I would have preferred, but still good. If there is another cup in the 2nd, I point the handle backwards. The bottom ring and handle are too low so the mug doesn't fit neatly in the mug holder; he sits at an angle. It would also be more comfortable in the hand if the grip were smooth relative to the palm, rather than open protrusions. So it works and does what I need. But it doesn't meet all the requirements, making it overpriced. Update: The seller contacted me about my disappointment with the product. They provided excellent and prompt customer service which was greatly appreciated. As long as I maintain my 3 star rating on the product I am happy to give the seller a 5 star rating. After more daily use of the product I'd say I've gotten more used to the ribbed handle and cup holder. But still disappointed that the handle regularly slips off the 30-ounce Ozark Trail glass.
