Block light. Medium clips are big and unattractive, but strong. Lenses scratch very easily from day one. It's been two days and already scratched. I have to admit that the eyes feel a lot better on the third day. Updated: 01/17/15. It really helps. Well worth the money so far. There were no more problems with scratches on the lenses. Updated: 01/25/15. Three of the four small pieces of plastic that are supposed to keep the clips from scratching my glasses fell off. These are very small black hollow tubes closed at one end. I found two and put them back. I must have sucked the third one. There are two spare parts in the case. You just slide. The glass cleaning cloth in the case is nice. Update: 8/2/15. I bought these and an amber (53+) pair of glasses (I was 52.5 years old). Over time, amber glasses have gotten better for me. But I use both. I keep wiping them to see properly. Both help my eyes. I also use eye drops and blue light filters on laptops.
