Review on Serta Queen Size ThermaGel Memory Foam Mattress Topper by Curtis Castillo

The first one I got was TERRIBLE. It was beige-orange, not blue. It was generally of zero density. As soon as you lay down, you collapsed onto the mattress and her side curled up on you. I contacted Revain to complain. They immediately ordered a replacement for me and installed a UPS pickup truck at my front door. I had few expectations for the replacement, but it came in a completely different box with cute sheep on the inside flaps; it was the right color and much denser. Compared to the 1st, this one is great. However, we would like it to be a little tighter. This is a lovely 3 inch padded pad that helps relieve joint pain in my fiancee's knees and shoulders. It's somewhat supportive, but I'm used to a firmer gel memory foam mattress and we wish this topper was more supportive. So if you want a thick, soft topper this is a good choice, but if you need a little more support (especially for your back) look for thicker ones. We keep it until we feel like we need a new one and maybe use it to liven up our old couch! Overall I'm happy but this wasn't an award winning birthday present that I was hoping would be for my fiancé.
