I can do a lot with this scan tool by scanning engine, transmission and even ABS fault codes. I can also clear codes, which I strongly recommend not doing until you are viewing and recording live data, IM ready, and still image. Write everything down and then restore what's needed before resetting anything or you'll lose all your data, which isn't great. Therefore, never connect a scanner just to clear the check engine light. This scan tool also runs tests on your O2 sensors. You can reset the oil gauge, TPMS sensors and everything else. It connects to WiFi and which is great if you are running a diagnostic test on a car you can google the error code to learn more about it here in this tool. Of course, if you are connected to WiFi. This is a great diagnostic scanner for the home mechanic. You can do anything you need with this. WhTs is also nice that the company has YouTube videos on how to use this scanner and more. Yes, it is in English and easy to understand. If you need an upgrade or just want to get your first scanner, I recommend this thinkscan plus S7. He will do whatever you have to do.
