Revainrating 5 out of 5

Mediocre finished with 6700xt

buy tl;dr 2.9/5 if you want a good 1440p GPU The box that came in looked rough when it finally arrived. But the actual Allied box that housed the PC was in good condition. You get what you pay for with this build. The PC case provided by Allied Gaming comes with 4 fans installed to ensure adequate airflow throughout the build. However, the out-of-the-box thermals are terrible. The CPU air cooler is to blame as the small aluminum heatsink does next to nothing to the Ryzen 5 3600, so I recommend buying something better. 240mm radiator on top if you decide to upgrade. The temperature with the series cooler under full load jumped to over 90ยฐC. I'm sure if you have the bios voltage down it could be a temporary fix for the heat at the expense of performance. I have 16GB Sinba RAM but one of the sticks was DOA so it sucks "Sinbad". Also, when removing the bubble stuffing inside the PC itself, the PCIe slot bracket that secures the GPU detached from the motherboard board probably due to shipping, poor handling of the product Thankfully the slot wasn't bent and the GPU wasn't crooked The main reason for buying this Builds was the 6700xt I got the xfx swft edition with triple fan gpu which I got wasn't perfect either. Temperatures for the GPU were this build's saving grace, but one of the fans would randomly shut down, accelerate to 100% when I surpassed a certain temperature, and keep spinning like crazy until I restarted and whispered words of encouragement to I got this fixed by opening the GPU fan cover and rearranging the cables connected to the GPU fan's main connector. . But this is a. decent build, with some manageable flaws if you have the know-how.
