It definitely works! Difference between day and night within 4-5 days for me and my teeth have never been whiter (honestly!) PROBLEM WITH COMBINATION BRUSHES - I found this problematic after the first night of use but I wiped it off a bit with alcohol. a paper towel and cleaning the bristles every night made it like new again; ready for the next day.
