These little stripes work better than you might think. They only reach up to your first molars which works great, eliminating the need for a larger mouthguard. A huge advantage for me is that I sleep on my side, and anyone who has ever tried to sleep on their side with a large face mask will find out how uncomfortable it is. The big mouthguards put pressure on my teeth when I'm lying on my side so I woke up with really bad teeth. These little strips are so comfortable I can sleep on my side with no pain and wake up with no toothache. For the reviewers who say they're too small, I have to wonder if they bothered to try them because if they did, they'd know how well these little guys work. I can talk with a streak in my mouth and I don't look ridiculous like I have a fat lip. THIS IS A BOMB! 10/21/2019 I've been using them for a few months now and had to come back to reiterate how much I love this little mouthguard. This is exactly what I needed. It's not too big to sleep on my side. It's just big enough to get the job done. I can't say enough how much I love this mouthguard.
