Bought this when I brought my pup home. I wanted to keep the seats in my new car (2017 Ford Escape) but still be able to use the seats and seat belts. Installation was easy, there are various customization options which I like too. I always leave mine on top and have been using them for months with no problems. My only complaint is the size of the seat belt holes. It would be nice if they were made a little longer. Sometimes my daughter finds it difficult to attach it. seat belt because the holes are not big enough. I'm sure it will be a quick fix and easy to extend. You won't lose the seat protection in the process, as they close with Velcro when you don't need space. Overall I was a great purchase.
