LegalX is easy to use and great for document sharing
I like that this software is very easy to use, it's super fast to upload documents and share them with other people. It also provides great features such as chat, video conferencing and free calls. The user interface could be more intuitive, especially for non-tech savvy users. The software should be more user friendly since it is easy to use but sometimes it takes a while to find what you are looking for. We're solving all of our document management needs using LegalX. This has helped us increase productivity by allowing us to store important files in one place instead of searching through different folders.
Pros
- Free accounts allow unlimited storage space;Easy signup process makes uploading from mobile phones seamless without needing wifi access when not at home.;Very helpful customer service available if issues arise during normal business hours (Pacific Time)..Great way organize paper contracts/forms before sending off electronically!The fact its cloudbased means less worry about backing anything
