I like how easy it was to use! It helped me manage my life health savings account (LHSA) plan which made things very simple compared what other companies were offering at this time in 2018/2019 when using Life Insurance products as well!! The customer service representatives who worked within our department could not have been better than they had already set up their own programs themselves before we even got there so no complaints here but great job. There really isn't much more needed if used correctly - just try out everything one by One until its right then move forward from where ever point thats best suited toward each client's particular situation / need! Our LHASA has increased dramatically since switching over due mainly because people realize now whats available vs only having limited choices previously!! Its helping us save lots off money too. !
