These batteries are extremely hard to find, especially at such a cheap price as I found them here. These batteries will only fit one type of combustible gas detector, so interchangeability is limited. I'm glad these batteries were cheaper than others from this seller. These are your average batteries. They will do their job when freshly charged. Don't go more than a month or so without charging. Batteries don't hold a charge well, but charging isn't a problem for me. The difficult part is that gas leaks don't stop until your batteries are charged. If you are considering purchasing replacement batteries for your TIF8806A Combustible Gas Detector, or simply replacing it with one that uses today's commonly used AA or AAA batteries, buy a new detector.
