Bad company = bad product

Oh god, where do we start? In theory and on paper it looks like a 5 star product but in reality it's unfortunately a cheap, overpriced product that was launched before it was finished by a company that didn't care. Let's start with that. Some Pros/Pros: -overall visual appeal -keep warm with countdown timer -thick glass Now Cons/Problems: -no customer service The biggest problem with customer service from this company, it doesn't exist. I've emailed them about the product as well as issues I've encountered that I'd like to admit, including contacting them through private Instagram messages, but I still haven't received a single response. Seller Tip: Most negative feedback (Hello) can be easily avoided by checking your email. - Outright lies/disinformation. As other reviewers have pointed out, this product is labeled and sold as 1500w when it's actually only 1300w, which is significantly faster. / better than 1200w but far from 1500w speed. Misdirection is a big problem for those looking for this 1500-watt Godspeed. - Quality Control / Non-Finished Product Many people have issues with Chinese made products, although I understand some of them may be poor quality, almost everything is made in China these days and I have many cheap Chinese products that are made in the US manufactured items have survived so that is not a problem. This problem consists in the fact that the company is in a hurry to release the product as soon as possible, without quality control or very poor, which allows a series of errors to be overlooked and the customer can deal with these consequences, in my case, all Rubber feet were missing. for the burner that makes it look like my countertop is a Disney play on ice. There were also no warning or information signs required by law (e.g. electricity, etc.). The product looks almost bare, like a canvas with a base layer painted on, but Bob Ross forgot to actually paint the trees or clouds or whatever. There are simple mistakes like missing something here or there, maybe missing a manual, and then there are bits and pieces of simple quality control steps that are completely ignored in order to make a quick buck, this product is unfortunately the last. - General "cheap" specs and product looks and being one of the most expensive budget brands (like Breville) with glass temperature control you would expect to buy a mid range product but in reality you get little. Plain, light, inexpensive to manufacture for a product at a huge premium, which is a shame. The internal "computer" is no different from other similar glass temperature controlled kettles, it's almost a complete redesign. to deliver a product that works both in reality and on paper, even semi-remotely. If you can wait a bit, several Chinese manufacturers/vendors will come out with products very similar to this one in looks/functions, but they will greatly improve this company's laziness and add a few other bells and whistles and better internal computers/functions. To end this I just want to remind every business owner, from start up to small or large, please check your email, your customers are here to help, listen to what they have to say even if it could be negative, and use it to improve your business and/or products. Many Thanks.
