I found this TV mount to be excellent quality and the manufacturer supplies almost every possible screw and bolt you could need for most installations. One difficulty I had was that only one latch bolt was used to attach the wall plate to the wall. Wall thickness is listed as at least 1/2 inch, which is what I have. The problem was that the anchor bolt was only 1 inch long and would stick out the other side of the wall. I ended up using shims to make up the difference. The instructions aren't very detailed, although the Revain wall mount page had more installation information. which turned out to be helpful. Once the device was installed and my 32" TV connected to it, everything was secure and working fine. I love it! UPDATE: I've driven about 1000 miles since installing this "lockable RV" TV mount. The disappointing news is that it NEVER stays blocked! Regardless of the distance or the road surface, the castle never holds. In fact, I've only driven on smooth pavement - city streets and highways - there weren't any bumpy country roads yet. So, the TV is swaying and banging. My first impressions were correct in terms of construction and installation, but ultimately the design is very imperfect! Conclusion - it does not do what it advertises! It does NOT "lock" the TV in the RV. I am extremely disappointed. My solution for now is to use elastic cords around the arms to hold everything together as tightly as possible. The castle of course
