These things are awesome. I must have strong thumbs or something because ALL the joysticks on my controllers are worn out. Here's how I use these things. I completely remove worn tires. Then I apply a small amount of super glue to the new thumb grips (not too much). Then I connect them to the controller. You literally feel like you have a new controller.
