I wear a size 10, I have a 10 and a half. For everyone who says they are short. This half size ensures the perfect fit. But maybe not for everyone. All I can say is these are beautiful shoes and damn comfortable. So many pillows. We took a walk through town. Only about 5 miles. No pain. No blisters when wearing thin socks. Was a full 10 hour work day wearing them. The inside is very smooth or "smooth" as some would say. A little different than me, I quickly got used to the feeling.
