Two years ago I bought a very similar bandage for a friend in cancer treatment and it fit her perfectly. I ordered this for another friend who had open heart surgery hoping it was the same. It's not like this. This cape is not as roomy as in the picture and not as nice of fabric as the first one I ordered but it has very comfortable pockets like the previous one I bought. These plaster casts are really good for patients who have to sit in bed or in a chair for a long time. It keeps the cold out, but you don't have to sit on it. This is not a blanket that is difficult to maneuver around the shoulders and arms. These blankets originally had to be designed by the patient or a very attentive caregiver. They make patients smile and make them feel comfortable. It's a very good price, but I'd pay more for a higher quality tier or two.
