Review on Cashel Crusader Horse Fly Guards by Kimberly Jackson

I bought two pairs of these boots to prevent my horse from stepping on flies and injuring his paws. I loved it at first, but then one of the seams ripped and the mesh started fraying in the second week. In the design, the bottom sticky Velcro should be pushed further back. If you try to get a snug fit, the velcro tab will overlap and not stick to the bottom of the velcro. They slide down to protect the hairline above the hoof, which is fine. That being said, they can be longer for a few inches more protection. Too bad they aren't stronger.
